Building a software solution requires a steady partnership between us and our clients.
Our client presents a business problem to us and we try to study and understand their current processes.
After fully understanding the problem, we propose a systems solution for our client's approval.
After the contract is signed, we begin to develop the product. There is constant communication between us and our client during this stage.
We test the product several times to assure that there are no bugs or gaps in the user's experience.
When our client is satisfied with the product, we then deploy the final software solution.
Systems for keeping track of inventory count and supply levels

Our client, a ready-mix concrete provider, had a hard time keeping track of how much cement each of their clients had stored with them, along with which projects each bag of cement was used for. There were many exceptions to the standard process which were difficult to document, such as customers who had ex-deals and those who bypassed other steps in the process.
We recommended ways to standardize their operations and we created an inventory management system which tracked the transfers of cement, determined how much cement each of their clients has stored with them, and showed which projects the bags of cement were being used for.
